As our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll enjoy a full-time schedule with flexibility between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LEAD BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
Your day begins with a comprehensive review of client progress, ensuring every intervention is on track for success. With your keen eye for detail, you provide clinical oversight, guiding behavior consultants toward excellence. Throughout the day, you lead by example, offering training and mentorship that empowers your team to deliver exceptional care. As the sun sets on another fulfilling day, you leave knowing you've made a lasting impact!

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required.
